Neutron announced today the launch of its first Internet-based business, a fantasy stock market competition scheduled to commence during the first quarter of 2007. Contestants will have the opportunity to enter a competition where their stock-picking prowess will be tested against others who will manage a portfolio of stocks they select. The winners will receive significant cash prizes. The Company is working with Stock-Trak, Inc., the North American leader in stock portfolio simulations for the educational and corporate markets to develop the site and competition.

“We believe the launch of this online portal will generate a great deal of interest as contestants seek to apply their stock picking and investing skills in an exciting and interactive community based format for the chance to win material prizes,” said Rory Olson, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Neutron Enterprises. “While we feel that this new site will represent a unique vehicle to both educate and entertain relating to the stock market, the potential to generate revenue is significant. Online multi-player games and community based Internet portals are among the fastest growing areas on the net today. This new competition is targeted directly at the nexus of these growth areas. We are highly focused on developing this new business into a destination site, with compelling demographics for advertisers and the opportunity to develop a significant Internet community with multiple ways to generate revenue from the enrolled base.”

The Company intends to announce additional details on the contest in the coming months.
