Today we receive the ASUS NOVA LITE PX20 for review and I rush to play with it.

ASUS launch 3 version of NOVA LITE: PX20, PX22, PX24. The design is identical for all version but under the hood are some differences related to HDD, memory and OS. You can find a comparative table at the end of this review.

Our sample, ASUS NOVA LITE PX20, come with Windows XP (still alive, huh?), 80GB hard disk drive, 1GB DDR II.

The dimensions are amazing small: only 231 x 184 x 51 mm (9 x 7.2 x 2 inch) and 1.5kg!

After I touch power button I was looking again to see if really works because was so quiet.

You need a mouse and keyboard with USB because ASUS NOVA LITE PX20 features only USB not PS2 connectors.

Don’t have expectation to play Farcry on it, but be ready to put it in living room and watch movies all day. Or play The Sims and browse the Internet.

It has two built-in HiFi speakers located at the front for optimal sound distribution. The sound is clear, not too loud but enough for a YouTube movie. For a serious sound you need to connect it to your 5.1 audio system.

After one night of playing with ASUS NOVA LITE PX20 we decide to keep it for us. So, we will hide it behind of a bunch of books and tell to ASUS PR that we just lost it… Please don’t spill the beans…

Video review after jump.
